The fabulous - and I do mean fabulous - Greenbrier Resort in the Alleghenies had no email database and no email strategy when we partnered with agency-of-record BOHAN Advertising|Marketing to get them up to speed. Targeted initiatives, a new website and laser-focused email plan brought it all together: double-digit increases in online bookings year after year. Somewhere, Dorothy Draper is smiling.
