Bluegrass Cellular, a major player in central Kentucky in the sales of mobile phones and plans, had a problem: their website didn’t look like it. They came to us to upgrade their online presence to compare with big players like AT&T and Verizon. Now, they don’t just compare: we think their site is better than the national players. (We are partial, of course.)
