When The University of Michigan Dearborn needed to attract both new students and transfer students while maximizing its online budget, Paramore|Redd went to work with two sets of rich media creative tightly targeted to maximize reach. After extensive research, carefully designed creative and well-executed media placement, the report card looks pretty dang good.
