Strategy

The online presence of Ebonite family of brands had become scattered from both a strategic and technical standpoint. Working with agency-of-record BOHAN Advertising|Marketing, we outlined our program along three principal areas: the websites, from both creative and content management standpoints; a robust and well-targeted series of emails to coincide with new product launches; and viral initiatives around special launches.

Results

Smokin’. Let’s start with email: campaigns have gotten as high as a whopping 67% open rate, and average 41%. That’s off the charts! (20% is considered good).

Websites: Traffic increases have ranged from 37% to 338% (!) across the Ebonite brand sites; pageviews up 30%-313%; new vistors are up 52%-320%.

Other promotions, including the viral Sauce promotion have added more than 8500 email sign-ups to the Ebonite brands databases.
