I lift my eyes to the hills.
Where does my help come from? My help comes from the LORD, the Maker of heaven and earth.
Workshop Leader: Becoming... A Class for Women, "Holiness in the 21st Century"
Having graduated with a Master’s Degree in Public Relations and Management and an undergraduate degree in Journalism and Minor in Science and History, Kim took her love of TV and her 20 years of sales experience and combined them both with various jobs from TV reporter, fashion consultant for a national retail chain to a television shopping host on Shop at Home.
Moving to TN 13 years ago gave her an opportunity to further her television career with jobs interviewing the hottest country stars on shows and networks like, TNN’s “American Skyline,” “Crook and Chase,” Warner Brothers Network, both CBS and NBC affiliates to the syndicated show “Hot, Hip and Country.” Her investigative skills came in handy as she began freelancing for “America’s Most Wanted.” Hosting infomercials for various companies and products gave Kim the opportunity to expand her resume.
Her love and flair for fashion led her to a retail store chain where she was the “fashion expert” and conducted seminars, workshops and trained men and women in “how to sell” throughout the south-east. Seeing a void on TV, she began doing segments on national TV shows educating the nation on style, design, fashion and looking your best.
Ten years ago, she found her greatest and most rewarding challenge with a national shopping network, Shop at Home. She tackled every category at the network from jewelry, electronics, health and beauty, fitness, scrap booking to cooking and home accents.
After graduating from ENLI 10 years ago, Kim began teaching bible studies and disciplining and mentoring women. She later went back to ENLI and taught courses. Her desire is to see God’s women live in victory and fulfill the calling God placed on their lives. She has preached at Bethel and various women conferences in Canada, VA and NC. She is currently writing a book entitled, “Lord, why must I wait? The journey of finding God’s blessings while you wait for his promises.”
She is married to Brian Church and they are expecting their first child in September.
