Workshop Leader: Healthy Inside Out Dr. Jana's expertise lies in lifestyle transformation, nutrition and women's health.
Dr. Jana Joshu began her college career at the University of Missouri-St. Louis where she received a B.S. in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. She continued her education at Logan College of Chiropractic, earning another B.S. in Human Biology before graduating with her first professional degree as a Doctor of Chiropractic in 2007. Dr. Jana did personal training in clients' homes and taught group fitness classes for five years while pursuing her education. She is certified in group fitness, Pediatrics, CPR and First Aid.
Dr. Jana has built a practice with a mission to give all patients a unique, magical and healing experience! Regardless of a patient's condition, the underlying approach is to balance the body in its entirety in order to recapture its natural healing capabilities. Dr. Jana's expertise lies in lifestyle transformation, nutrition and women's health, incorporating significant emotional therapy in her application. She is her own "walking testimonial" and practices what she preaches. Diagnosed at age 24 with endometriosis, fibromyalgia-like symptoms and eczema, she spent years struggling through her own journey to health and emotional freedom. Dr. Jana has a wealth of experience re-habituating vs. rehabilitating her patients. Her main goal, as a Wellness Physician and Health Coach, is to motivate her patients by keeping their transformation fun and easy by providing tools, techniques and resources for success.
