SpinLife is America’s leading online store for mobility products of all kinds, including wheelchairs, lift chairs, and those cute, shiny scooters. They asked us for a lift in their email marketing strategies. We got results.

The opportunity: Maximize email as a sales generator of mobility products.

What we did: After sitting with the SpinLife folks and learning from their wealth of consumer data, we took our experience in this category and formed an aggressive email marketing schedule targeting the geriatric and spinal cord injury audiences separately. We then designed specific email templates for the audiences and ramped up campaigns based on prior customer behavior, previous email clicks and other segmentation data.

The result: Percentages of sales from on email marketing achieved new levels!
