Be Your Own Client

Physician heal thyself! We did and now we’re in post-op physical therapy. I’m talking about our new website which I hope you find interesting and inspiring.
Being your own client is an eye opening and, sometimes, painful experience. But it’s the best way to see yourselves the way your clients see you, which is the painful part.
So what we’ve learned is that we need to listen more, especially in the latter stages of web development projects. You know when we’re almost finished and it’s not quite what the client wanted? Then. Or when we’re almost finished and it doesn’t work exactly how we all envisioned it? Then too. Or when we’re almost finished and we realize it isn’t going to get the results the client needs? Especially then.
And about gathering and creating all that content. Good heavens, there has got to be a better way! We don’t know what it is yet, but we are going to figure it out.
And finally those bumpy launches? No more. We are going to solve that.
I’m being a little hard on us today, but that’s ok. It’ll be better for you in the end. And I’d like to challenge you to do what we have just done. Be your own client. You might be pleasantly surprised or you might want to jump off a bridge, but you’ll definitely learn something. And I’ll bet it will help your clients.
In the meantime, cruise our site and get to know us, and our amazing clients. And if you want to be one of them, rest assured that you’ll be working with some folks who really care about doing it right and aren’t afraid to admit we don’t know it all.
